I rented a storage shed here in paris,il. The first shed i rented the door would not raise so i called them explaned the issuse and asked if i could switch to a different storage unit. The lady on the other end of the phone had no problem what so ever doing that. So we went unit 1 to unit 8 and the door works perfectly and they are nice units. My experience all in all is excellent. Keep up the good work . Unit 8 at 502 w.court paris. These folks are awesome and I toldly recommend them.

Rental unit was super-easy to sign-up for and rent on their website. Almost instant move-in after the contract is signed (also done online). Unit was clean. Door functions properly and latch works. I supplied my own lock. Gravel driveways around buildings well maintained. Company keeps me updated by email and since I don't use auto-pay, the monthly emailed invoice comes in handy. When I rented, a promotion was in place to save half on the second month's rent. It was applied automatically to the balance due that month. Great company to deal with. The space is close to home and also very big for a very fair price. I was renting a storage place in Vincennes that was a 1/4 of the space I have now for $50 where as you get a 10x20 unit for only $80! The user friendly online registration and payments makes things easy and with auto pay plus email notifications, you never have to worry about missing a payment!

It's easy to get to and the parking lot is easy to get around. I do think the price is a little high compared to other places I've checked but there were no availabilities in those other places. Update 8/5/23 - They reached out to me and cleared the air. They swear they tried contacting me via calling me, but recieved no response. I had service issues during the period they said they tried to call, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt regarding the lack of contact.I spoke with Braden, and he was very helpful.Iām currently working with Braden and the police to get the issue resolved.Updating the stars to 4, I would do 5 but they only have 1 camera on the property to prevent this type of issue.Have only been renting for ~9 months from their Sidney IL location.So far, Iāve had 3 locks be cut off and had multiple tools stolen from unit.The company only ever notified me the 1st time this happened.I just went up to get some stuff today and my lock was gone, replaced by one of theirs.My bill is current and has been the entire time.They have no emergency contact info so Iām just SOL on the weekend, which is the only time I go there.Leaving this one star review unless the company reaches out to me today, 8/5/23, and gives me access to my unit and explain why my lock is gone with no communication on their part.

Although I am yet to have a whole lot of interaction with American Way, they have certainly made a great first impression. They recently bought this location from Sidney Mini Warehouses, and I received information about the transition via OG mail, and email. A few days after receiving the information I received a call from someone within the company and they were calling just to basically introduce themselves, make sure I had received the communication and give me an opportunity to ask about any questions I may have. That was a really nice touch. Iām also pleased with the variety of options I now have to pay my rent each month, although there is something so satisfying about slapping a stamp on an envelope and dropping it in a blue box. Iāll probably update this within a few months after having some more experience with American Way.

You have that vacant land, buy some storage units, rent them out.. my son goes to E.I.U.Some of the students use this storage facility to hold their belongings while on summer break.
