Website was quick and easy to use easy to navigate. The start up discount was a huge bonus so cool. And the unit it's self was clean no oil spills or strange liquids on the floor. And they have several units for all needs

I’ve been with this storage 14+yrs. The new owners seem nice I like the online availability’s they have. Be nice if they could keep drive area cleaned of debre.and nice if they had some kind of dumpster in back for customers to put there trash in and not on ground. Other than that im satisfied

Units are well lit... And there is a security camera at the entrance! Piece of mind knowing when I leave the premises everything is secure until I return!! Storage units are very generous in size, and they were very concealed enclosures... so there is no problems with privacy.

The customer service at American Way storage is amazing! Very quick and easy getting into a storage unit, even in the middle of the night! This company does an excellent job of updating me if there is an issue with the storage locker. One time I didn't lock it correctly and they called the next day so I could get to it.

I would like to see a fence around the facility and access to the facility controlled. My unit was broken in to a few times in the past 3 years.

The rent is a little expensive but the customer service goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy. I like having the rent automatically debited out of my account so I never have to worry about a late fee.

We store a motorhome when it’s not in use. Lot is large and it’s easy to maneuver into our spot. Lighting is good and proximity to the Sheriff’s Office adds an extra layer of security. Lately, the owners have really let the weeds get bad in the storage lot. I had to walk through knee high weeds growing through the gravel to get to my RV entrance.
