I like the online payment it's so much easier than trying to send a check in the mail! Also I like the customer service! I was not sure how to go about paying online for the first time I sent an email and got one right back as soon as possible! I think the only thing is there's no lighting in my row of units is my only complaint.

I've rented spaces for campers there for years & never had a problem. A huge limb fell on our BIG camper at the campsite, totaled it & we needed to rent a space to store the contents till we can get another one. I wouldn't go anywhere else to store them.

Not really much to review. I'm paying $76/mo for a box to put my boxes in. It started at $60/mo a year ago. A bit expensive now, if you ask me, considering the lack of climate control, lack of pest control, and lack of quality door latches. The facility is, however, locked up nicely so I feel that my belongings are safe. I hope the gate codes are updated frequently though. All in all, not terrible.
Response from the owner: Thank you for feedback Jason - Due to rising costs associated with providing the best service to our customers we have instituted minimum rate increases over time. This is never something we want to do but unfortunately we have had no choice but to pass along some of the increasing fees that come with running a small business. At all of our facilities we treat for pests (both mice and insects) frequently and have also recently installed rodent bait boxes both inside and outside of our buildings. We strive to provide the best all around experience to our renters. Latches are also replaced every time a unit becomes empty but we will also gladly replace your latch if you wanted - anytime! We work hard to keep every customer happy - If you would like to call into our office and speak with us regarding any issues or suggestions we would love to hear from you! Extremely happy with all services. The one time I had to call the office I had called out of hours, but received a call back almost immediately. Staff member I spoke with was friendly and easily able to answer all my questions. Everything was super simple getting set up to rent the unit; I was able to set up an autopay for it which always makes things easier.I love that the units are within a coded gate, less likely someone would be able to break into the unit, which I've had happen in the past at other facilities.

They was very helpful I couldn’t get the gate to work for me I called they told me what I was doing wrong and got me right in . Thank you so much . Was very nice .I have a storage unit at American Way Storage in Pana Il . It is very nice my stuff is fine in it there is lots of light to beable to go to it at night. When it rains water has not gotten in it . Im able to get to it easy and there is rock on the area in front of the door . Have no issues that I wouldn’t recommend to any one. Thankyou
